Creaturacy Update: Playturn 1

Walter's first days have been added to the end of this post.
I will start a new post with Playturn 2, and won't actually post until I've got all 5 played through until Tuesday at 8.
The brothers, before they became creatures:
Walter, Victor, Allen, William, and Paul
Allen lived his first 4 days as a Legacy Founder on the lawn, typically. His Lifetime Want is to become Mayor of Strangetown, but the Politics career track eluded him. While he waited, he took a job in the Gaming industry. On Wednesday, he quit his job as a Noob and became a Campaign Worker. He spent all of Thursday morning practicing Charisma, and lost track of the time. When the carpool pulled up outside, he only had time to grab a sandwich before running to the car, which left him in a pretty bad mood. Thanks to a bit of networking he had done Wednesday night, he got promoted to Intern, but was in such a bad mood after work, he had frequent nightmares. He finally started feeling better by 8 AM on Friday.

Paul's first days were interesting. The first thing he did was buy one of each type of fruit tree; mostly for night socialization. He quickly picked up a job as a Stand Up Comedian, and got promoted on Thursday to Birthday Party Mascot. He had Tuesday and Wednesday off, and spent those days romancing 2 different Sims. He also went out to a community lot Thursday before work and sweet talked another lady into a date. He wasn't able to get very far with her, though, unlike his last two dates, who had each added notches in his bedpost. His Lifetime Want is to WooHoo with 20 different Sims. 2 down, 18 to go!

Victor's first days passed much faster than Allen's or Pauls, simply because his Vampirism confined him to his coffin from 7 AM to 7 PM. He rolled the Fortune secondary aspiration, as most FreeTime benefits don't help Vampires as much as normal Sims, and forgoed a job for giving Financial Advice on the computer. He met a girl named Linda on Tuesday, and they hit it off spectacularly. Thursday night, Victor called her over to his place for a date, and found out she was a Knowledge Sim; perfect for a creature spouse. In typical Family Sim fashion, they went from a peck on the lips, to making out, to WooHoo, to Engagement, to marriage, in one date. They would've tried for their first baby that night as well if the sun had not come up, spoiling the mood. Linda works as a Summer Camp Music Teacher, and is very good at dancing (Bust A Move). Victor is holding off on biting Linda until she rolls a want to become a Vampire, which should happen fairly soon, with her aspiration.

Linda Creaturacy - Virgo (9/2/6/3/5). Knowledge, Turn-ons: Underwear, Makeup. Turn-off: Fitness.

William's first days were filled with savagry, love, wilting trees, and hastily-erected bedrooms. He met a Knowledge Sim as well, Sunny, who he promptly asked for a date. Unlike Linda, she immediately rolled up the want to become a Werewolf. Being a gentlemen, William happily obliged. Between Monday and Wednesday, they had 3 or 4 dates, and eventually, they rolled the WooHoo want. I bought them a cheap double bed (Werewolves don't need sleep; just TONS of food), but despite giving the 'suggestion', they laid snuggling on the bed for a couple hours. I eventually figured out that it was because visitors were on the lot, and it was only 5 in the afternoon. The bedroom walls and roof were quickly thrown up, and I didn't have the chance to put in a door before they were going at it like animals... how appropriate. After that, William rolled the want to get Engaged, but it took Linda another round of WooHoo to be convinced. They got married, and spent Wednesday night and Thursday trying to plant the seeds of the next generation. Also, on Monday, William got a job as an EMT, and got promoted to Paramedic via chance card on Tuesday, and then to Nurse when he came home at 2 AM Friday.

The first thing Walter did was fly to the Palace of Neverending Light to get some advice and meet the Infallibly Good Warlock. As soon as the paper boy showed up, he checked the job market, and, lo and behold, there was a position as a Golf Caddy just waiting for him. Walter's first spell, Bemoodus Simae, failed miserably, making him have to bolt to the restroom. Luckily he wasn't in too bad a mood, as the 4 AM Carpool showed up right when he cast it. He had 1 okay and 1 good date with Amy on Tuesday night, and didn't quite get a good night's sleep because of it. Despite that, he got promoted to Gas Station Attendant when he came home at 10 AM Wednesday. Walter found out while studying Mechanical for his next promotion that his pre-destined hobby is Tinkering. He went to bed early on Wednesday, around 4, so he could be awake in time for his 10 pm night shift. Walter didn't get a promotion that night, and was off on Thursday. Although he met another decent lady (not as good as Amy in compatibility), he spent most of the rest of his time until Friday morning making reagents and casting Bemoodus Simae on himself to keep up his comfort.

From Thoughts.com: Creaturacy Summary

The creaturacy is a sort of combination of two other challenges: Legacy and Prosperity; with a little twist.

This will be played prosperity-style, in that I'll be playing each house for a set number of days (in this case 4) in the same order repeatedly, and I'll be rolling for zodiac signs and aspirations during setup. The difference is, my family/families are pre-determined. I'm starting with 5 brothers, each starting their own legacy. The twist I mentioned earlier? Each brother is a different creature.

Allen Creaturacy - Alien. Taurus. Popularity. Turn-ons: Formalwear and Fitness. Turn-off: Blond hair.
Paul Creaturacy - PlantSim. Cancer. Romance. Turn-ons: PlantSims and Creativity. Turn-off: Servo robots.
Victor Creaturacy - Vampire. Gemini. Family. Turn-ons: Formalwear and Vampires. Turn-off: Lycanthropy.
William Creaturacy - Werewolf. Gemini. Family. Turn-ons: Swimwear and Lycanthropy. Turn-off: Vampires.
Walter Creaturacy - Warlock. Pisces. Pleasure. Turn-ons: Witches and Blond hair. Turn-off: Unfit.

Note: I'm going to be somewhat creature-ist in the requirements of their descendants. Allen's descendants don't have to be aliens, the idea is that he has normal kids with his wife like everyone else. Paul's heirs can't be Spawned, as that would make his line go much faster. Instead, I have a hack in my game that lets me turn other Sims into PlantSims with the Prank interaction, Pollen Cloud, as long as their energy is >65%. This means that, as soon as Paul's children become adults, they need to be transformed. This also means that Paul needs to stay alive at least that long.

As for Victor, William, and Walter, their creature types are very easy to transfer from Sim to Sim, and as such, all their descendants will need to be transformed as soon as possible in order to qualify as heirs.

If you're interested in the challenges I got this idea from, you can find them at Legacy Challenge and Prosperity Challenge.
